The Daily Collective was founded with the goal of giving my customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. The store's policies are detailed below. SHIPPING

Please allow 6-10 days for package delivery (3-5 days processing, 3-5 days shipping). I will do my very best to get your order to you in a timely manner, however, once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the mail carrier, I cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. 

Each order of $74.99 and under has a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. If your order is $75 or more, shipping is free. 

Shipping is only available in the United States.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied, your products can be returned or exchanged unwashed, undamaged, and with tags still on.

Click the "Get in Touch" link below to submit a form to begin the return/exchange process. I will email you a return label.

Once I receive your return, I will inspect the product for damage or any other issues. If the product checks out, I will issue the refund. If there are issues with the product, I will charge you the return shipping cost and contact you regarding the issue(s). 

PRODUCT CARE

Clothing + Textile Products:

  • Wash inside-out with like colors on cold

  • Tumble dry inside-out on low heat

  • Do not iron over designs

  • Do not dry clean

  • Do not bleach

 

Etched Glassware:

  • Dishwasher safe

  • Microwave safe
